Joe Bosack, Founder and Creative Director

 

Joe began his career in the creative services department of the National Hockey League. At the NHL, Joe played a pivotal role in the development of numerous league-wide branding efforts as well as those of individual teams. Upon leaving the NHL, Joe accepted a position as art director for Fila U.S.A., where he applied his abilities to help brand and launch a successful new addition to the Fila product line. In 1998, Joe founded his eponymous sports branding shop, a firm that today is recognized by both sports and creative professionals as one of the leaders in the industry.

 

Joe graduated Magna Cum Laude from Temple University’s Tyler School of Art with a BFA in Graphic Design. He lives in Pottsville PA with his wife, Christina and two boys, Brendan and Quinn.

David Haney, Managing Director

 

David is an experienced creative director and sports marketer. He is accomplished in developing marketing strategy, consumer insight and research, design, grassroots marketing and the application of
 consumer and business-to-business media. David was SVP, Marketing at the Arena Football League where his responsibilities included the development of licensed team identities, event logos, marketing promotions and the visualization of significant partner and sponsor events. Also, David built the Creative Services department at the National Hockey League where he was responsible for the creation of new and updated intellectual property, team identities and uniforms. He joined the NHL after a successful career as a Creative Director at Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising working on global brands such as AT&T, Hewlett-Packard, Lexus and Toyota.

 

David earned an MBA in Sports Marketing from Iona College, and a BFA majoring in Graphic Design from Concordia University. He lives in Old Greenwich, CT with his wife, Angela, and is the father of two fine sons, Brendan and Ryan.
